Protecting our clients’ privacy is important to us.

Our Confidentiality Policy describes how your data is used within Arton Capital, including details on what data we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. In support of upcoming changes to EU data protection law and to meet GDPR compliance, we’ve made some updates to our Confidentiality Policy.

We will process our clients’ personal information, in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection laws and regulations, in order to provide them with requested information or services and comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as for internal administrative purposes, and to ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner.

Note: Users must be informed of and choose to accept actions that may include the collection of data, such as agreeing to terms and conditions or signing up to receive a newsletter. These forms will be sent separately at every instance of data collection, and have an opt-in option to further engage with our content.
